| The MailAuditor Web Inquiry program
allows your managers and supervisors to monitor the messages sent and received by their
subordinates. The system is based upon an Intranet structure. A trusted system
administrator sets up a database that defines who can see what. Your departmental
managers or supervisors are required to have Internet Explorer on their workstations in
order to use this system. A user of this subsystem will be able to see summary
information on a message and user basis. Actual message text is not available to a
'Web Inquiry' user.
